Q: What are the assessment levels?
A: There are three assessment levels:
- High
- The facilities and operations in this geography already face GHG regulation or will because GHG laws have been passed.
- Medium
- The facilities and operations in this geography have a medium probability of facing GHG regulation in the next 24 months because new laws have been introduced or are likely to be introduced by the governing legislative body.
- Low
- There are no current GHG regulation laws nor have any GHG laws been introduced.
